Electrician

The Electrician is responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing or replacing a myriad of components within electrical systems including: conduit, wiring service panels, switch gear, DDC controls, timers, transformers, circuit breakers and etc.

Plumber

The Plumber will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of the plumbing systems in all of the guest units and public areas of the resort. North Beach Plantation is a “Four Diamond Resort” setting, comprised of (2) large-scale high-rises and multiple luxury residential homes.

Houseperson

The Houseperson acts as support staff for all Room Attendants, Housekeeping Supervisors and Directors of Housekeeping. They are responsible for ensuring that the Room Attendants have all the necessary supplies to properly conduct the cleaning of each unit, hallway, etc. The Houseperson is also responsible for the prompt delivery of any household items to guest units at their request. This team member will interact with guests on a daily basis and will need to provide quality care through prompt and courteous service.

Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a hard-working individual that takes pride in maintaining and improving. Someone who is observant, proactive, and familiar with building maintenance. Able to work AM or PM shifts.

Night Audit

The Night Audit is responsible for managing the front of the house operations and overseeing all departments of the property during the overnight hours. Ensures the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times, through prompt and courteous service.

Housekeeping Inspector

The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for examining guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues prior to guests’ arrival. Records inspection results and works with other team members to resolve any deficiencies. Trains housekeeping team members on their daily duties. Acts as primary liaison between housekeeping team and other staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Acts as a service role model and resolves guest complaints as needed.

Loss Prevention Officer

The Loss Prevention Officers patrol the entire premises of the Resort to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or activity that impacts the safety and security of people and property. They are responsible for enforcing policy and rules in a guest-friendly manner. Report any serious safety or security concerns to management and the authorities. Record events in writing by completing reports for any incidents which occur on property.
