What water amenities are offered at the resort?
6 Outdoor Pools (one is for adults only because it has a swim up pool bar), 2 Outdoor Kiddie Pools, 4 Outdoor Hot Tubs. 1 Indoor Pool, 1 Indoor Hot Tub, 1 Indoor Lazy River.
What water amenities are heated?
There is one heated outdoor pool as well as our pool with the swim up bar which is heated seasonally. Our indoor pools are heated as well.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time starts after 4:00 PM (there is someone there 24 hours). Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
What room types have a washer and dryer provided?
All units at North Beach Resort & Villas have washer and dryers.
What restaurants are available at the resort?
21 Main Restaurant is open for dinner. The Seaside Café is open for breakfast. Swim up pool bar and pool side grill is available on the pool deck. Times vary based on season.
What other amenities are offered at the resort?
Exercise room, Cinzia Spa, Shuffleboard, Corn Hole, and Giant Chess and Checkers.
What is your refund policy in the event of a hurricane?
HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a pending hurricane and the Governor issues a mandatory evacuation, guests will receive a full refund. If there is not an evacuation, guests can reallocate the advanced deposit to be used as the deposit toward different stay dates within 1 year of the original reservation.

What is the security deposit/ worry free vacation fee for?
Security Deposit: A $250 hold that is refundable at check-out minus any incidental charges during your time of stay. For locals, the $250 security deposit must be held on a credit card. Worry Free Vacation Fee: Accidental, minor, non-negligent damage to the unit. This may include but is not limited to: scratches to the wall, accidental breakage of glassware, spills, minor stains, and accidental furniture breakage. Each registered guest is protected by the worry free vacation fee and will not be obligated to pay for accidental loss or damage to the unit or its contents up to $1,000
What is the resort's Do Not Disturb policy?
Your Health and Safety is of utmost importance, therefore, if the “Do Not Disturb” sign remains on your door for an extended period- of- time and we are unable to contact you, we may knock on your door and if no answer, enter your room to determine your well-being. Please understand it is not our intention to disturb guests during their vacation, however, we reserve the right to enter rooms to check on the safety and security of our guests and property as well as to perform maintenance and repairs.
What is the parking garage height clearance?
The parking garage clearance is 6.8 ft.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand plans change which is why we created our risk-free cancellation and change policy. The advance deposit is 100% refundable if a reservation is canceled outside of the risk-free period. For 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Units: • The advance deposit is 100% refundable if a reservation is canceled up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. • Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date and fail to notify the resort of a change to their stay dates, therefore acknowledge forfeiture of advance deposit funds. For 4, 5 and 7 Bedroom Units: • The advance deposit is 100% refundable if a reservation is canceled up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. • If a guest wishes to modify their reservation dates or accommodations, it must be done at least 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that any change to a reservation will be subject to availability and rate differences. • Reservations canceled within 30 days of the arrival date acknowledge forfeiture of advance deposit funds. Failure to show, date changes or cancellation within 30 days of arrival constitutes forfeiture.
What is included in the resort fee?
The resort fee covers usage of all resort amenities.
What is included in a full kitchen?
Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, sink, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, cups, and utensils.
What housekeeping services are available daily?
Towel replacement and trash pickup are available in the oceanfront towers. If you are renting a house these services can be purchased through the front desk.
What bathroom and kitchen supplies are provided in my unit?
Soap bars, bath towels, one travel size dish soap.
What attractions are within a 15 minute drive radius?
Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, Bass Pro Shop, Pirates Voyage, and Carolina Opry.
What are the pool hours?
9AM to 10PM.
What amenities are included in my room?
Every room is equipped with a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, and safe.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wireless internet is available throughout the resort.
Is there a shuttle to the local attractions?
No. Taxis are available upon request at the front desk.

Is there a grocery store nearby the resort?
Yes there are grocery stores within a 5-15 minute drive of the resort.
Is breakfast provided at the resort?
You can purchase breakfast at the Seaside Café for $13.25 each.
How old do I need to be to stay at this resort?
Everyone in the room must be 25 years or older unless they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
How much is the security deposit/worry free vacation fee?
All cash reservations will require a security deposit of $250 at check-in which is refunded when your stay is over. If you are paying with credit card, you can purchase the Worry Free Vacation fee of $39.95 plus tax, non-refundable, paid with your first night stay deposit.
How many parking passes will I be given?
Parking passes are restricted to one per bedroom for the oceanfront towers parking garage. If renting a house, all parking must stay within that driveway. If you need additional parking please call the front desk at 843-315-2520.
How far away is the airport?
Myrtle Beach International Airport is 15.7 miles or approximately 27 minutes away from the resort.
How do I adjust my reservation?
You can contact the reservations department to make changes to your reservation. If you booked through a third party (examples: expedia, hotels.com, booking.com, etc.) you have to contact them directly for any questions, changes, and cancellations.
Does the resort provide parking?
Yes. Free parking is available in our parking garage next to the towers. The houses will all have their own driveway/parking space.
Does the resort allow smoking?
North Beach Resort & Villas is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in outdoor designated smoking areas only. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest’s room.

No. All doorways in the oceanfront condos can accommodate a wheelchair.
Do I need a credit card at check-in?
Yes. The credit card used to make the reservation must be present at check-in with card holder and matching ID for verification purposes.
Do any rooms have a jetted tub?
All master bedrooms in the two-bedroom oceanfront condos and larger have a jetted tub.
Can I rent chairs and umbrellas for the beach?
Yes you can. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be purchased with the lifeguard on the beach through The City of North Myrtle Beach. Prices vary depending on length of rental, please speak to a lifeguard for exact pricing.
Can I rent bicycles while I’m on vacation?
The closest bike rental company is the Pee Dee Bicycle Company (843-839-4657).
Can I rent a beach wheelchair on my vacation?
Yes. Free Beach wheelchair for Myrtle beach- 843-918-1488 - They can be used from 8am to 5pm, no overnight request. They are based on availability and cannot be requested ahead of time. Large vehicles are required to transport the chairs (SUV, van, or pickup truck). Delivery and pickup services are available and there may be an additional charge per service during the summer season. Can I pay my security deposit in cash?
No, all reservations will require a valid credit card to be authorized in the amount of $250 in lieu of a cash deposit. We no longer accept cash as a form of payment.
Can I pay my balance in cash?
No, cash is no longer accepted as a form of payment.
Can I make payments on my balance before my vacation?
You can make payments up to 30 days before your arrival date. All cards used to make payments must be presented at check-in by the card holder with matching ID.
Can I fish on the beach?
Yes, you may fish on the beach, but South Carolina requires a license to fish from the surf. No license is needed to fish from a public fishing pier. Please call the city’s chamber of commerce for additional information (1800-356-3016).
Can I bring my pet with me on vacation?
Can I bring a golf cart with me while I am staying at North Beach Resort & Villas?
Golf carts are not allowed on property at North Beach Resort & Villas per regulations set by the homeowner association.
Can I book a reservation without a deposit?
An advance deposit equal to the first night’s stay is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due at time of check-in.
Are trailers and motorcycles allowed at the resort?

Yes but they are not allowed to be brought to the beach. Please bring your own beach towels.
Are linens provided?
Are early check-ins and late check-outs possible?
Not during the summer season, (April-August you can request with it the front desk (843-315-2520) during the off season but it is never guaranteed.
Are cribs available?
Pack and Plays are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Am I allowed to grill at the resort or on the beach?
No. Grills are not allowed at the resort or on the beach due to fire and environment codes.
