6 Awesome Spots for Live Music in Myrtle Beach

The allure of warm weather and a park or patio to chill is tough to pass up on in Myrtle Beach. Especially if that place features live music from some of the area’s most talented acts.

Myrtle Beach might be a golf town, but it has quite a lively music scene, too.

Here are some top spots to head to for a cold drink and hot music. Every night of the week on the Grand Strand, there’s music flowing somewhere. Pull up a chair.

Duplin Winery

Local musicians frequent Duplin as you relax and sample wine in the courtyard. Frequent acts include FLIRT!, Johnny Cobb, JT and the Strats, Jason Owens, Will Ness, and more. It’s not a trip to the beach without a stop at Duplin Winery.

House of Blues

There’s a stellar lineup set for the summer, for all ages. Most tickets are general admission and standing room only. Come see Plies, Iration – Coastal Summer Tour with Tribal Seeds, Rumors (a Fleetwood Mac tribute band) and more.

Music on Main

This lively event will go on June 3 through Oct. 31, with a full lineup of bands scheduled in North Myrtle Beach. Have dinner at Dirty Don’s Oyster Bar, Flynn’s Irish Tavern, or Hoskins Restaurant, too. Dessert is awesome at Butter and Whisk, Main Sweets, and Melt.

Man Playing Guitar

Tin Roof

Some remarkable acts have taken to the rooftop stage here. Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Florida Georgia Line, Kasey Musgraves, and more. Have a cold drink, and enjoy the stage with a gorgeous ocean view as a backdrop.
