This fundraising event benefits a worthy cause and offers discounts to patrons on OktoberFest food and drinks. To participate, purchase a wristband for $10 at the Humane Society’s tent at Dockside Village. These bands are sold from noon until 6 p.m. on the day of the event. All proceeds benefit the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach, and in return for the donation, you’ll receive a 10% discount on non-alcoholic beverages and food items at select venues around Barefoot Landing.
Bavarian-Style Food & Drink
Many of Barefoot Landing’s restaurants, candy stores, and ice cream shops serve specialty items just for OktoberFest. Visit participating restaurants to fill up on German sausages loaded with kraut and other Bavarian-inspired foods, plus indulge in fall treats like candy apples and cinnamon popcorn. Adults can count on Crooked Hammock Brewery and other establishments to be pouring Oktoberfest lagers and German-style pilsners, too.
