Make sure to head to Barefoot Landing one of the evenings and enjoy one of the many celebrations during your family vacation at North Beach Plantation. Stop by the Lily Pond any day between 7 and 10 p.m. for an acoustic musical performance. Relax to the soothing sounds of the Symphony Duo on Sundays, or soak in the mellow tones of jazz saxophonist Don Colton on Mondays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Tim Peterman will take you away to your own tropical paradise with his rhythmic beats on the steel drums, and George Davis will delight the crowds on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights with his guitar riffs and melodies.
Meanwhile, over in Lakeview Courtyard, there’s a party going on every night! Juggler, unicyclist and comedian Nick Pike performs his hysterical act there on Monday nights. (He also performs in Bully’s Courtyard on Sundays.) Nick was a semifinalist on America’s Got Talent and will be returning for his ninth year of keeping your whole family laughing! Other performers in Lakeview Courtyard include the Tropical Warming Duo on Tuesdays; various duos and trios on Wednesdays; DJs leading dance parties on Thursdays; and Mr. Nigel’s dance party, sing-alongs, and meet-and-greets with some familiar superheroes and princesses on Fridays. (As a bonus, Monday and Friday nights also feature face painting.) On Saturdays, bands or beach-music DJ and dance demonstrations take the stage, and Sundays bring Don Colton on his saxophone.
Throughout the week, you’ll be entertained by roaming stilt walkers and performers making fantastic creations out of simple balloons. And every Monday ends with a bang – the evening closes with a fantastic firework show! Grab a spot anywhere along the boardwalk at 10:15 p.m. to watch the dazzling display firing off over the waters of Barefoot Lake!
